I enjoy this film for being such a melting pot of ideas. That is why, for me, it works so well. And "I don't need that much comedy in my horror"? With that comment in mind, can you explain why you like "Shaun of the Dead"? I mean, unless you view it as, on the surface, not much more than a bad rom-com made tolerable and fun with movie references, witty banter, and zombies. It was a horror-comedy first, right? Do you secretly hate "Return of the Living Dead" and never shared that with me? I may not be able to look at you the same...*sniffle*Rob Perryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16042600452680731413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1843252855738426012.post-78812891473442942012010-11-21T19:16:40.979-05:002010-11-21T19:16:40.979-05:00i've never enjoyed it much. i think tonally it...i've never enjoyed it much. i think tonally it's all over the place. i don't need that much comedy in my horror.Andrew Childershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09817760227836086070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1843252855738426012.post-49972687474261874812010-11-17T09:32:12.292-05:002010-11-17T09:32:12.292-05:00You had to be forced to watch this classic?
